Our Policies

 General:

  • There are no membership or enrollment fees of any kind involved in using our services.
  • All information given is considered strictly confidential and is never shared with outside sources.
  • We will not leave any item(s) at your home or office if no one is there to accept them unless you make specific arrangements with us beforehand to do so.
  • Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to transport any people. No exceptions can be made. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  • We comply with all state and federal laws. For a list of some commonly requested tasks please refer to our services page.

 Limitation of Liability:

  • We kindly require a 24-48 hour notice to guarantee that we can schedule your requests.
  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for any damage caused to dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor. However, we will act as a liaison to the vendor regarding repair or reparation if you so wish. That said, we cannot guarantee that you will receive full compensation for your loss.
  • If you hire us to arrange contract work/waiting services (such as carpet cleaning, home repair, etc.) we cannot control outside vendors' schedules so we cannot be held liable if they do not appear at the agreed-upon time.

 Payment Policy:

  • Payment must be made at the time of delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • You can pay by any of the follow forms of payment:
    • Cash
    • Check (personal or business)
    • Debit/Credit Card via PayPal
